The Mountain Man🍂⭐

Image
There are stories in this world that truly touch our hearts and inspire us to never give up. Today, I’m sharing one such powerful story on my blog.🥹♥️ This is the story of a simple man named Dashrath Manjhi , who lived in a small village in India.Dhashrath Manjhi,a laborer from Gehlaur village in Bihar,India,Embarked on an extraordinary mission after his wife passed away due to the lack of timely medical care.Determined to prevent others from suffering the same fate,he spent 22 years carving a road through mountain using only a hammer and chisel reducing the distance between his village and the nearest town from 55km to just 15km,providing his community with better access to essential services. Today, the world remembers him as “ The Mountain Man.” ✨♥️ This story teaches us that no dream is too big and no obstacle is too strong when we have determination and love in our hearts.

It made all of us really happy.❤️ My brother’s name is Tharanga. He is a student at the University of Jaffna. Since my childhood, my brother has always been by my side. My school's name is CP/KOT/Delta Gamunuapura M.V. . It is known as one of the best schools in the city of Kothmale and has produced many talented individuals in every field. My Favourite Dance Style 💃

Image
My favourite dance style is Upcountry danc e. It is one of the most beautiful and traditional dance forms in Sri Lanka. This dance is full of energy, rhythm, and elegance.Upcountry dance is specially  famous for its unique costumes and powerful drum beats. Dancers wear beautiful outfits and perform with great skill and confidence. The movements are fast and expressive, which makes the performance very exciting to watch. I have been practicing dance since Grade 6. I received guidance and support from my favourite dance teacher, Miss Anusha Napana👩‍🏫. Her teaching and encouragement helped me develop a greater love for dance.I have participated in dance events organized by my school’s dance competition organization and through these experiences, I have formed many close friendships. This has taught me to value not only the art of dance but also the sense of community and camaraderie it brings. I really enjoy watching and performing Upcountry dance because it beautifully showcases ou...

My Favourite Movie 🎥️ 🥰

Image
Recently, I went to watch Neera in Gampola with my sisters, and it turned out to be a truly meaningful experience.Neera is a 2025 Sri Lankan Sinhala romantic drama film directed by Wasawa Baduge and produced under Bluesky Productions. The movie features Piyumali Edirisinghe in her debut cinema role, alongside Shanudrie Priyasad, Kasuni Kavindi, and Zenith Gajaaweera in leading roles. The story mainly focuses on a young woman who is deeply passionate about dancing. It beautifully portrays her dreams, struggles, and the inner strength she builds while chasing what she loves. It’s an inspiring journey that highlights determination and self-belief. One of my favorite scenes was when she decides to walk away from a man who cannot truly understand or support her. That moment strongly reflects a woman’s strength — knowing her worth and choosing herself over anything that holds her back. Overall, Neera is a touching and meaningful film with a powerful message. It’s not just a love story, but a...
